La letra de cambio puede girarse a la orden o a cargo del mismo girador. En este último caso, el girador quedará obligado como aceptante; y si la letra fuere girada a cierto tiempo vista, su presentación sólo tendrá el efecto de fijar la fecha de su vencimiento.
