Artículo primero. A partir de la vigencia de este Decreto, las solicitudes de adjudicación de terrenos baldíos situados en islas y playones de los ríos y lagos navegables, se someterán al procedimiento ordinario de menor cuantía establecido por la Ley 97 de 1946, en concordancia con el Decreto número 547 de 1947.
