El control administrativo de la ejecución presupuestal será ejercido por el Director del Instituto, quien velará además porque la ejecución de los planes y programas del mismo se adelanten conforme a las disposiciones previstas en la ley, decretas reglamentarios, .los presentes Estatutos y las disposiciones posteriores de la Junta Directiva.
