No podrá otorgarse un plazo mayor de ciento vente (120) días para que el proponente elija, dentro de la zona a que se refiere el Artículo anterior, el lote de terreno que pretende obtener en adjudicación. Dentro del mismo plazo a que se refiere este Artículo, el proponente deberá presentar los estudios realizados y en virtud de los cuales haya llegado a la conclusión de que los terrenos elegidos son aptos para el cultivo del plátano de exportación.
