Las normas sustantivas que regulan el régimen disciplinario docente, contenidas en el Decreto-ley 2277 de 1979 y en el Decreto 2480 de 1986, continúan vigentes en tanto no contraríen la regulación establecida en la Ley 200 de 1995 y deberán ser aplicadas por el fallador al adelantar el procedimiento disciplinario.
