I nstancias de las Entidades Territoriales para la Juventud . Las Entidades territoriales contarán con una estructura organizativa encargada de coordinar y articular las acciones de política que garanticen el goce efectivo de los derechos de la juventud, y que además esté articulada al sistema de juventud.
