Artículo tercero. A partir del primero de enero de 1939, los gastos que demanden las Comisiones a que se ha hecho mención, y los nuevos que imponga la lucha contra la epidemia del valle del Guáitara, se imputarán al artículo presupuestal de este Ministerio destinado para combatir las epidemias en el territorio de la República.
