º . El artículo 8º del Decreto 20 de 2001 quedará así: Artículo 8º. El Banco Central Hipotecario en Liquidación deberá pagar las obligaciones pensionales, administrar los bienes y los recursos destinados a cubrir dicho pasivo y realizar todas las gestiones tendientes a la liquidación de los activos no monetarios y la conmutación pensional. Cuando se trate de acciones, cuotas o partes de interés social, las mismas deberán ser enajenadas de acuerdo con la Ley 226 de 1995. Cuando se disponga de los recursos necesarios, el Banco Central Hipotecario en Liquidación procederá a realizar la conmutación pensional.
