Las reclamaciones que se presenten por los interesados deberán hacerse por escrito ante la Gerencia, la cual dictará su resolución dentro 'de los treinta (30) días siguientes. Contra esta resolución podrán instaurarse por el interesado los recursos de reposición ante la misma Gerencia y de apelación ante la Junta Directiva. La resolución que la Junta dicte podrá recurrirse por la vía contencioso administrativa. CAPITULO 11. Arrendamiento de almacenes y terrenos para depósitos particulares y construcciones.
