A partir del 1º. De julio próximo, las Oficinas Médicolegales de los Departamentos serán de cargo de estas entidades mientras dura la mala situación del Tesoro Nacional. Quedan autorizadas las asambleas Departamentales para organizar dichas Oficinas en la forma que estimen conveniente. Exceptuase en Cundinamarca el Laboratorio de Toxicología y el anfiteatro de Medicinal Legal, en su personal y material.
