Deben Hacerse personalmente las siguientes notificaciones:

Al demandado, la del auto que le confiere traslado de la demanda y en general, la que tiene por objeto hacerle saber la primera providencia que se dicte en todo asunto judicial.

Las que se hacen a los empleados públicos en su carácter de tales.

Las que se hacen a terceros; y

Las que ordene la ley en esa forma para casos especiales.
