Articulo 25. La cárcel del Circuito, que servirá para sufrir en ella las penas de presidio, reclusión y arresto, se construirá con fondos nacionales, y tendrá tres departamentos, a saber: uno para varones, otro para mujeres y el tercero para el Director del Establecimiento.
