Los vehículos destinados al transporte de leche envasada apta para el consumo directo, proveniente de hatos de primera categoría o plantas de higienización, con destino a locales de distribución, depósitos, o reparto a domicilio, deberán tener facilidades de acceso para cargue y descargue y llevarán en caracteres visibles, la siguiente leyenda: "Transporte de leche" adicionada con el nombre del hato o de la planta correspondiente y el número de la licencia sanitaria expedida al vehículo por la autoridad sanitaria competente.
