Modifícase la reforma 120 del artículo 1º del Decreto 1809 del 6 de agosto de 1990, cuyo texto quedará así: "120. El artículo 141 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970 quedará así: Artículo 141. En zonas rurales los vehículos se estacionarán sobre la berma colocando señales de peligro reglamentarias, y durante la noche se dejarán además encendidas las luces de estacionamiento o las señales luminosas de peligro".
