°. Grupo de departamentos y valor de la vivienda de interés prioritario por grupo. Los grupos de departamentos y el valor máximo de las viviendas de interés prioritario será el siguiente: 2.1. Grupo Uno: El primer grupo estará conformado por los departamentos de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina, Amazonas, Vichada, Vaupés y Guainía. El valor máximo de la vivienda de interés prioritario será de 100 smlmv. 2.2. Grupo Dos: El segundo grupo estará conformado por los departamentos de Putumayo y Chocó. El valor máximo de la vivienda de interés prioritario será de 80 smlmv.
