º . Régimen general para el cálculo de la reserva de riesgos en curso. En aquellos ramos que no cuenten con un régimen particular de cálculo de esta reserva se aplicará el sistema de" octavos", el cual se basa en el supuesto de que la emisión de las pólizas se realiza a la mitad de cada trimestre y la reserva se calcula con base en las fracciones de octavo de primas no devengadas, tomando como base el 80% de la prima neta retenida liberable anualmente.
