Para los efectos de la aplicación de la exención consagrada en el

Parágrafo 5

del artículo 116 de la Ley 508 de 1999, en relación con el giro de recursos exentos de impuesto de conformidad con los tratados internacionales suscritos por el país, se aplicará el sistema de devolución contemplado en el Decreto 1590 de 1999
