º El Tribunal Superior de Aduanas tendrá sede en Bogotá; estará integrado por cuatro Magistrados, elegidos por la Corte Suprema de Justicia para periodos de cuatro años, que deberán reunir las cualidades que señala el artículo 155 de la Constitución Nacional y gozarán de la categoría, privilegios y asignaciones propios de los Magistrados de Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial.
