ARTICULO 101. Las tarifas para las rutas que sirven más de un municipio dentro del área metropolitana serán fijadas por el alcalde del municipio secundario en donde la ruta tenga origen y/o destino, siempre y cuando la asamblea departamental no le haya asignado esta función al alcalde metropolitano, en cuyo caso, será éste quien fije la tarifa correspondiente.
