Artículo tercero. El Instituto Colombiano de Construcciones Escolares –ICCE, trasladará al Instituto Colombiano de Pedagogía –ICOLPE, las partidas que para funcionamiento e inversión del servicio transferido, fueron presupuestadas para la presente vigencia. La Oficina de Planeamiento Educativo del Ministerio en coordinación con la Oficina de Planeamiento del Instituto Colombiano de Construcciones Escolares evaluará los análisis financieros y de ejecución presupuestal y propondrá al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público a través del Ministerio de Educación los traslados necesarios.
