Artículo transitorio. Las organizaciones que a la fecha en que se expida este decreto en su nombre o denominación incluyan las palabras “Departamental”, “Nacional”, “Federación” o “Confederación”, o que deseen representar a las personas con discapacidad en desarrollo del derecho fundamental a la participación ciudadana, tendrán un plazo de dos (2) años para cumplir con lo establecido en esta reglamentación, so pena que el Ministerio del Interior solicite al respectivo registro la supresión de dichas palabras del nombre o denominación.
