º . Vigencia. El presente decreto rige desde la fecha de su publicación y hasta el 1º de abril del año 2000 y deroga los incisos 2º y 3º del artículo 41 del Decreto 1909 de 1992, los artículos 214 y 215 del Decreto 2666 de 1984 y los incisos 2º, 3º y 4º del artículo 222 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, modificados por el Decreto 1740 de 1991.
