Art.75. Las proposiciónes de arreglo se extenderán por escrito,con la conveniente separación, y se votarán sucesivamente. El Juez resolverá sobre todo esto.

Para la aprobación de cada proposición se requiere la mayoría de los votos de los presentes, que se constituye por la mitad más uno del número de los votantes, siempre que asimismo representen más de la mitad del total pasivo del concurso.
