La administración asumida con base en el ordinal g) del artículo 5 del Decreto 2804 de 1975, podrá circunscribirse a parte de los servicios que preste el organismo, y durará por el tiempo que a juicio del Insfopal fuere necesario. Antes de asumir dicha administración, el Insfopal recomendará por escrito al organismo las medidas apropiadas para prestar bien el servicio y le fijará un término prudencial para subsanar las deficiencias. Si el organismo no lograre hacerlo oportunamente, el Instituto procederá a asumir la administración, para lo cual dictará previamente una resolución motivada.
