El artículo 2.2.2.5.2 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero quedará así: " ADMINISTRACION DE FONDOS RECIBIDOS EN FIDEICOMISO . Toda sociedad fiduciaria que reciba fondos en fideicomiso deberá mantenerlos separados del resto del activo de la entidad".
