El servicio de las estaciones estará en todo tiempo subordinado a las disposiciones que dicte el Gobierno sobre el servicio de inalámbricos y estará sujeto a la vigilancia del mismo Gobierno por medio de sus empleados debidamente autorizados. Los poseedores de licencias deberán permitir a dichos empleados visitar y revisar libremente las instalaciones.
