° - Buques cargueros de servicio público marítimo son aquellos destinados al transporte por mar de mercaderías de cualquier embarcador o usuario que desee ocupar sus bodegas, que sirven el tráfico de importación y exportación del país en forma regular, eficaz y continua, y cuyos itinerarios se publiquen periódicamente.
