El Artículo 7º Del Decreto 0890 De 1947 Quedará Así: "el Departamento Adquirirá Las Maquinarias, Los Equipos, Las Herramientas, Los Materiales Y Los Demás Elementos Que Se Requieran Para La Ejecución De Las Obras, De Acuerdo Con La Reglamentación Que La Respecto Dicte La Contraloría General De La República

º El artículo 7º del Decreto 0890 de 1947 quedará así: "El Departamento adquirirá las maquinarias, los equipos, las herramientas, los materiales y los demás elementos que se requieran para la ejecución de las obras, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que la respecto dicte la Contraloría General de la República. Los pedidos que al respecto se hagan y las cuentas que sobre el particular se formulen deberán llevar el visto bueno del Ingeniero Interventor". Los
