º. En los juicios en que la competencia se fija por el valor de las acciones que se ejercitan, éstas son de mayor, de menor o de mínima cuantía. Son de mayor cuantía las que versan sobre un valor que excede de mil pesos, de menor cuantía, aquellas cuyo valor es de cincuenta a mil pesos, y de mínima cuantía las demás.
