° Incumplimiento de la obligación de inscribirse. Los agentes y agencias de seguros que incumplan la obligación señalada en el artículo anterior quedarán inhabilitados para el ejercicio de la actividad, a partir del vencimiento del término establecido para solicitar su inscripción.
