Decreto 211 de 1958 · Por el cual se crean veinte Juzgados de Instrucción Criminal y se dictan otras disposiciones

Artículo segundo. A partir de la vigencia del presente -Decreto todo Juez .de Instrucción Criminal que preste sus servicios en los territorios-del Departamento. Del Tollina y de la Jefatura (Civil y Militar del Quindío, tendrá derecho a una, asignación mensual de mil doscientos pesos ($1.200.00) Mientras permanezca en dicho servicios Los Secretarios de Juzgado de Instrucción Criminal:, que preste sus servicios en. los mismos territorios tendrían derecho a una, asignación mensual de seiscientos cincuenta, pesos ($ 650).

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Justicia reglamentara mediante resolución la manera da hacer efectiva la-disposición a que se contrae el presente articulo
