De acuerdo con las políticas y regulaciones de orden superior, las autoridades distritales tendrán atribuciones para reglamentar, dirigir y establecer los usos y actividades que podrán adelantarse en los caños, lagunas interiores, playas turísticas existentes dentro de la jurisdicción territorial.
