Restablécense en la primera liquidación del Presupuesto de Gastos del bienio de 1895 y 1896 las partidas que fueron deducidas por el Decreto citado, las cuales son imputables así : DEPARTAMENTO DE LA DEUDA NACIONAL. capítulo 70. Deuda interior flotante. Artículo 369. Para pagar en remate los documentos que representan esta deuda, en el bienio, hasta $ 650,000 Artículo 370. Para amortización de las primas de exportación de que habla el Decreto número 172 de 1886, en el bienio, hasta 36,000 Suma $ 686,000 Dado en Tena (Departamento de Cundinamarca), á 11 de Mayo de 1896.
