El Ministro de Justicia, quien la presidirá.
El Presidente de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
El Presidente del Consejo de Estado.
El Presidente del Tribunal Disciplinario.
El Procurador General de la Nación. El Secretario General del Ministerio de Justicia, será el Canciller de la condecoración y actuará como Secretario del Consejo.
