Artículo único. Abrese al Presupuesto Nacional de gastos del año económico de 1915 un crédito suplemental por la suma de treinta mil pesos ($30,000), con la siguiente imputación: MINISTERIO DE AGRICULTURA Y COMERCIO Capítulo 71 Gastos varios Artículo 579. Para dar cumplimiento a las Leyes 38 y 108 de 1914, sobre enseñanza de la agricultura y provisión de becas $ 30.000 Total $ 30.000

Parágrafo

Las Oficinas ordenadoras y pagadoras respectivas describirán en sus libros las operaciones a que da lugar el presente Decreto. Publíquese.
