Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial los artículos 58 del Decreto 806 de 1998, 60 inciso 1º del Decreto 1406 de 1999; 2º numerales 5 y 7 del Decreto 047 de 2000.
