º La Misión para la Modernización de la Universidad Pública deberá presentar sus recomendaciones finales al Gobierno Nacional, dentro del plazo de un (1) año, contado a partir de la fecha de vigencia de instalación del Comité. Al vencimiento del término la Misión presentará al Comité para su aprobación, junto con las recomendaciones, un plan de acción para el cumplimiento de las mismas.
