De la práctica de las pruebas . Dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes al recibo de los descargos, el Secretario Ejecutivo dictará el auto decretando la práctica de las pruebas que considere pertinentes las cuales se practicarán en un plazo hasta de veinte (20) días, término que no podrá prorrogarse. Para el decreto y práctica de pruebas se observará el principio de contradicción previsto en el Código de Procedimiento Civil.
