° Los trabajos de montaje de dicho laboratorio y todas las demás actividades que con el se relacionan, serán ejecutadas por el Jefe Técnico Ensayador. El Jefe Técnico Ensayador elaborará el respectivo reglamento de trabajo, el cual será sometido a la aprobación del Ministerio de Industrias y Trabajo. El Ayudante del laboratorio ejercerá las funciones de Cajero Contador, para lo cual prestará la fianza del caso.
