Art. 2º Dichos empleados formarán y remitirán al Ministerio de Hacienda á más tardar en los primeros quince días de Agosto próximo un cuadro que comprenda el ganado mayor dado al consumo en el primer semestre del presente año, pidiendo para ello los datos á los Alcaldes respectivos. A fin de obtenerlos oportunamente solicitarán auxilio del Prefecto de quien aquéllos dependan.
