La Corte Suprema de Justicia conocerá en una sola instancia de la demanda sobre nulidad de la elección de Consejeros de Estado, hecha por la Cámaras Legislativas, y de la de Magistrados de la Corte de Cuentas, que hace el Consejo mencionado. Este a su vez conocerá, del mismo modo, de la demanda de nulidad de las elecciones que hace la Corte suprema para Magistrados de Tribunales de Distrito Judicial y de las que hagan las Cámaras Legislativas para Magistrados de la Corte Suprema.
