° Para la expedición y liquidación de pasaportes se tendrá en cuenta la siguiente clasificación: En primera clase , a los que tengan categoría de Oficiales; con derecho a camarote en los barreos fluviales. En segunda clase , a los que tengan categoría de- Suboficiales. En tercera clase , a los que tengan categoría de soldados.
