Artículo séptimo. Las autoridades colombianas de Inmigración, de Extranjería y de Policía, están en la obligación de intercambiar con las ecuatorianas similares, informaciones pertinentes a las personas que por cualquier causa se les haya prohibido la salida del territorio del país o que se encuentren impedidas de ingresar al del otro.
