Aplicación De La Tarifa

Decreto 73 de 2002 · por el cual se fijan las tarifas mínimas para el cobro de los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada.

º. Aplicación de la tarifa . Los usuarios que se encuentren clasificados en los siguientes sectores serán sujetos de aplicación de la tarifa mínima establecida en el artículo 2º

Sector comercial y de servicios.

Sector industrial.

Sector aeroportuario.

Sector financiero.

Sector transporte y comunicaciones.

Sector energético y petrolero.

Sector público.

Sector educativo privado.

Sector residencial de estrato 6 en adelante.

Parágrafo 1

Para los estratos 4 y 5, la tarifa mínima será de 8 salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.

Parágrafo 2

Para los estratos residenciales 1, 2 y 3, la tarifa a cobrar deberá garantizar al trabajador el pago de las obligaciones laborales y los costos operativos.
