Responsabilidad por el daño . Si el valor amparado no cubre la cuantía del daño, o de todos los perjuicios, quien fuere causante del hecho, deberá responder por el monto de todos los daños y perjuicios que se hubieren producido en exceso de las sumas aseguradas en la póliza.
