Transporte marítimo, fluvial, férreo y aéreo. El transporte marítimo, fluvial, férreo y aéreo se regirá por las normas comerciales y las demás que expidan las autoridades competentes.

Parágrafo

Las embarcaciones que transporten combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo que se movilicen por vía marítima o fluvial deberán portar la guía única de transporte. Dicha guía deberá ser solicitada por la Fuerza Pública y demás autoridades que ejerzan funciones de policía judicial. En el evento en que no la porten se inmovilizarán inmediatamente las embarcaciones de transporte y se pondrán a disposición de las autoridades judiciales competentes.
