Artículo catorce. En los casos de especial gravedad, a juicio del Director Ejecutivo, la Superintendencia de Regulación Económica, este podrá aplicar, a prevención, el artículo 9º de este Decreto, siguiendo el procedimiento señalado en el artículo 6º, y podrá comisionar a funcionarios de la citada Superintendencia para que adelanten las investigaciones respectivas en cualquier lugar del territorio nacional.
