Franquicias aduaneras. Las franquicias aduaneras a favor de las Oficinas Consulares Honorarias, comprenden el internamiento de escudos, banderas, letreros, timbres y sellos e impresos oficiales que sean suministrados por el Estado Colombiano. Estas solicitudes de franquicia serán remitidas por el Jefe de la Misión diplomática, acreditado ante el Estado receptor.
