Los fondos sin personería jurídica que hayan sido autorizados legalmente, deberán presentar sus presupuestos antes del 31 de enero de 1989 para aprobación por parte de la Dirección General de Presupuesto. Dichos presupuestos deber n sujetarse estrictamente a las apropiaciones, sin variación ni de su cuantía ni de su destinación.
