º El Banco De La República Se Abstendrá De Hacer Entrega Del Cert Correspondiente A Los Bienes Exportados Que Hayan Sido Vendidos A Una Sociedad De Comercialización Internacional Por Un Productor Que Haya Incurrido En Alguna De Las Causales Previstas En El Parágrafo 4o
